  • Depreciation Reports

    Strata Corporations in British Columbia, which have five units or more, are now required to complete a Depreciation Report every three years, unless hold an annual three-quarter vote to waive this requirement. The purpose of the Depreciation Report is to plan and prepare the budget for major repairs and replacement over a period of 30 years. The study should be carried out by a Qualified Person, typically a Professional Engineer.
  • Project Management
